When you register with the Basic Program, Optimum classifies your company as a Certified Service Provider for all of their managed associations. Immediately upon registering, you are added to Optimum's Vendor Directory. This allows all of Optimum's Manager's are able to view your company's Information and Compliance Status.
You will complete a Vendor Information Form and provide your License information and Insurance Certificates prepared according to Optimum's guidelines. ASN's Support Team looks forward to assisting you in obtaining and uploading the required documents.
ASN requires that each Optimum Professional Property Management Service Providers pay an annual membership fee of $99 to verify that your relevant insurance coverage and licensing meet ALL management company and homeowner association requirements.
This fee includes all the Optimum Professional Property Management you do work for. There is no additional cost for each additional Optimum Professional Property Management Association.
The fee is paid directly to Association Services Network for Risk Management Services.
ELITE CERTIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER
As an Elite Service Provider, you will have the added benefit of additional resources that ASN presents to Optimum's Managers:
A bold listing on the Vendor Directory and RFP Network.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) resource program that helps maximize all of your company websites.
A Traffic Catcher Website: A single page website to promote your company product and services to Optimum Professional Property Management Managers and Association Board Members. Your Traffic Catcher Website will help Association Managers get additional information about your company.
A Mobile website with a QR code. According to Pew Internet, 91% of U.S Adults own a Cell Phone, and 56% of U.S. Adults own a Smart Phone. ASN charges each registering Elite Service Provider an annual fee of $199 for all benefits of the Certified Service Provider plus the added benefits mentioned above of being an Elite Service Provider. This is an annual fee. This fee includes ALL associations you do work for with Optimum Professional Property Management. There is NO additional cost for each additional association. The fee is paid directly to ASN Company for their Risk Management services.
